Sandwich Cookie Inspection CaCooka InLine

CaCooka InLine is a professional inspection device for cookie appearance inside the sandwich machine. It adopts high-precision sensors and intelligent algorithms to quickly and accurately inspect cookies for multiple defects such as missing top cover, reversal, overfilling, cracking, missing corner, and dimensions and other defects, so as to ensure cookies' quality.

System Introduction
Equipped with advanced laser sensors and visual recognition technology, CaCooka InLine accurately identifies a full range of defects on sandwich biscuits on high-speed production lines. Defective products are inline rejected by the ejector integrated inside the sandwich creaming machine to ensure consistent compliant product quality.

Boasting an integrated structure, it adapts to fillings and biscuits of varying colours as well as different biscuit sizes. The one-click product changeover function drastically cuts time and labour costs.


The system also records and tabulates real-time daily inspection data to support manufacturers in quality management and process optimisation. Multiple communication protocol interfaces are available for convenient customer data acquisition.
