Preform Inspection Applications

Preform inspection is installed inside the blow molding machine of PET production lines, consisting of two freely combinable modules: neck inspection and body inspection of preforms. Adopting high‑quality industrial cameras and maintenance‑free LED light sources, the system features stable and reliable performance.

System Introduction

Preform inspection units are installed at the preform feeding inlet or the middle of the heating section. Thanks to the compact modular design, the preform inspection system can be fitted to blow molding machines of various specifications and sizes. Composed of a preform neck inspection module and a preform body inspection module, the system supports different control centers selected according to varied production line speeds, achieving a maximum inspection speed of 72,000BPH.

Preform Body: Cracks/Breakage, Contamination, Color Deviation, Deformation
