The pneumatic rejector PU-72 works in conjunction with all inspection modules to automatically separate defective and non-conforming products from the production line, ensuring only qualified goods proceed to subsequent processes.
Once the Xispek inspection system detects faulty items, it tracks product positions in real time. When defective products reach the ejection station, the system adjusts the solenoid valve opening duration to regulate the cylinder’s extension speed and stroke, pushing rejects smoothly off the main line. Rejected products are conveyed to dedicated collection bins or separate belts for clear segregation from qualified stock.
Maximum throughput reaches 72,000 units per hour.
