Xispek
strictly complies with and implements relevant occupational health and
safety laws and regulations that significantly impact our company,
including but not limited to the Workplace Occupational Health
Supervision and Management Regulations, and the Employer Occupational
Health Surveillance Supervision and Management Measures. We also refer
to these laws and regulations to formulate the Xispek Occupational
Health and Safety Policy Statement.
This
Occupational Health and Safety Policy Statement applies to the
production, operations, and all employees of the company's headquarters
and its affiliated enterprises. It also serves as a fundamental
requirement for our suppliers and contractors. The statement aims to
declare the following actions we will take:
1.Compliance
and Continuous Improvement: Adhere to the baseline requirements of
occupational health and safety laws and regulations, continuously
improve and optimize the occupational health and safety management
system, develop an excellent health and safety culture, and strive to
meet or exceed industry best practices.
2.Prioritization
and Action Plans: Establish priorities and action plans for
occupational health and safety matters, set quantifiable targets for
improving occupational health and safety performance, and regularly
assess the achievement of these targets.
3.Risk
and Hazard Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of occupational
health and safety risks and hazards to identify factors that may cause
harm in the workplace, and develop corresponding emergency preparedness
and response action plans.
4.Regular
Inspections: Conduct online or offline occupational health and safety
inspections annually for all operating units under the company, ensuring
coverage of all operational locations.
5.Open
Communication: Maintain open communication by incorporating
occupational health and safety requirements into internal safety
production systems and procurement contracts. Ensure that all employees
and contractors work in a safe manner, provide appropriate resources,
training, and supervision, and accept feedback from employees or their
representatives to raise awareness and reduce health and safety
incidents.
6.Safe
Work Environment: Ensure a healthy and safe workplace for all employees
and contractors, while guaranteeing that customers, visitors, and
community stakeholders are not exposed to health and safety hazards due
to the company's operations.
7.Incident
Investigation: Develop procedures for investigating work-related
injuries, fatalities, occupational health issues, and accidents,
clarifying basic principles, responsibilities, investigation processes,
and accountability mechanisms.
8.Accountability
and Performance: Sign safety production responsibility agreements at
all levels, clearly define safety responsibilities, link safety
performance to the rewards and penalties of leaders at all levels, and
ensure responsibilities are assigned to individuals and measures are
implemented effectively.
This
policy reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of
occupational health and safety for all stakeholders involved in our
operations.
