1、Supplier access

combining qualitative and quantitative scoring for risk evaluation and
access assessment.

of ESG, especially in terms of environmental governance benefits,
employee rights and interests protection, working environment, and
management structure, and examines the relevant policies and governance

management and performance;.

2、Classification of suppliers
Suppliers
are categorized into three types: strategic suppliers, main suppliers,
and general suppliers. Strategic suppliers refers to the products

and the annual purchase amount is relatively large product suppliers;

issues, etc.), the Company shall formulate a plan for rectification and
enhancement and pay attention to the effect of their subsequent
rectification and enhancement; for suppliers who fail to rectify the

personnel, including the promotion of the Company's sustainable supply
