Sustainable Supply Chain Management Policy

Xispek is committed to building a sustainable supply chain and extending its own sustainable development requirements to its business partners, sharing and spreading sustainable behaviors, and gradually establishing a unified sustainable supply chain development values. To this end, the Company has formulated a sustainable supply chain management policy to standardize each link in the supply chain and make it meet the needs of the Company's sustainable development. Enterprises at all levels of the Company may refer to this policy to formulate their own sustainable supply chain management policy.
1、Supplier access
①The Company uses due diligence process to evaluate and select suppliers, combining qualitative and quantitative scoring for risk evaluation and access assessment.

② The Company focuses on evaluating the performance of suppliers in terms of ESG, especially in terms of environmental governance benefits, employee rights and interests protection, working environment, and management structure, and examines the relevant policies and governance capabilities of corporate management. Under the same conditions. The Company will prioritize cooperation with suppliers with excellent ESG management and performance;.
③The results of the survey are publicly disclosed and subject to inspection and complaints from other sectors.
2、Classification of suppliers
Suppliers are categorized into three types: strategic suppliers, main suppliers, and general suppliers. Strategic suppliers refers to the products provided by the company's production must be and only a few of these products on the market can provide suppliers; the main supplier refers to the products supplied by the market is fully competitive products, and the annual purchase amount is relatively large product suppliers; general supplier refers to the products supplied by the market substitutability of the product suppliers in the business of the purchase of a relatively small amount of products.
3, supplier management
① Sustainability risk assessment of key suppliers shall be conducted annually by the purchasing unit or a third-party agency hired in accordance with the Company's Supplier Code of Conduct. For suppliers with higher sustainability risks (e.g., the existence of potential labor problems, high energy consumption, and the existence of integrity issues, etc.), the Company shall formulate a plan for rectification and enhancement and pay attention to the effect of their subsequent rectification and enhancement; for suppliers who fail to rectify the situation, the Company The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or revoke the business relationship in advance.
② In order to better enhance the sustainable development performance of suppliers, the Company from time to time to organize sustainable development training for suppliers, such as the latest policies, awareness-raising activities, etc., and should be covered as far as possible all key suppliers.
4、Purchasing staff training
The Company regularly conducts supply chain ESG training for procurement personnel, including the promotion of the Company's sustainable supply chain policy and the specific implementation process of sustainable procurement, to enhance the Company's procurement personnel's awareness of sustainable supply chain.
