Company and its subsidiaries require suppliers' support and commitment
in the following four areas.
1. Safety and health
① Comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
② Continuously improve health and safety performance and achieve best industry practice.
2. Staff and Community
① Support and respect the protection of human rights within their sphere of influence.
② Respect employees' freedom of association and recognize their right to collective bargaining.
③ Prohibit all forms of modern slavery, including bonded labor, forced labor, and child labor.
④Follow
occupational health and safety related laws and regulations, safeguard
employees' occupational health and safety, and ensure that employees'
physical and mental health is not jeopardized by the work environment.

Provide good working conditions for employees, including reasonable
working hours, a salary level that enables employees to support their
basic livelihood, and welfare benefits that meet the requirements of
local laws and regulations.
④Recruiting
and selecting employees based on the principles of equality, fairness,
inclusion and respect, and eliminating all forms of discrimination and
harassment.
3. Environment and climate change
① Comply with all applicable environment-related laws and regulations.
②Efforts
to reduce energy consumption, improve energy utilization efficiency,
reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and proactively address climate change
issues.
③ Efforts to improve resource utilization efficiency, explore the possibility of recycling waste and reduce water consumption
④ Reduce pollutant emissions and eliminate environmental violations.
⑤Protect
land and forest resources, conserve natural ecology and biodiversity,
and work to minimize the impact of its own production and operations on
the ecological environment and natural resources.
4. Management and Compliance
① Comply with applicable anti-corruption related laws and regulations in all countries/regions in which it operates;
② Strictly prohibit any form of corruption, criminal abetment, extortion and embezzlement.

Must not directly or indirectly offer, promise, pay, or solicit (in the
form of bribes and/or accommodation fees) money or other benefits;

Comply with competition, antitrust, and trade regulations in the
countries/regions in which it operates, and strictly prohibit business
practices that jeopardize fair competition agreements, such as those
that contravene the antitrust laws;

Must report on the period during which it conducts its business, in
accordance with applicable anti-corruption-related laws and regulations.
⑤ Must report any significant, actual or potential conflicts of interest during the conduct of its business.
⑥Must
strictly oppose all forms of money laundering and take measures to
ensure that every economic and financial operation can be traced.
